**Job Title: Printer firmware engineer Location: Boise, ID Duration: 6+ Months Contract* Experienced firmware engineers who will be working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment where we design leading edge firmware, software and hardware for the printer industry. Successful candidates must have strong programming and debugging skills and experience in embedded systems design, microprocessor architectures, hardware interfaces, I/O, and wireless networking (WIFI/802.11). Responsibilities may include all phases of development including planning, design, implementation, test, qualification, and release. As a successful candidate you will be working as part of a global team delivering high performance solutions. *Qualifications:* BS EE, CE, CS or equivalent 2+ years experience with C/C++ 3+ years experience in developing printer firmware in areas such as: paper handling, engine communication, networking and more. Able to use skills as a seasoned, experience professional with a full understanding of industry practices. Able to resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
