*Position Title* – Data Analyst (ETL/DataStage)
*Location* – Mechanicsburg, PA
*Duration* – 6 Months
*Pay Rate* - $43/hour (All Inclusive on C2C) – Max
*Position Description: *
Analyze and determine conversion requirements/specifications and
provide clearly documented conversion specifications to development team.
Develop validation specifications, implement data quality
controls, and lead activities to troubleshoot data issues
Perform complex data analysis, data mapping, and gap analysis
Create and review complex Entity Relationship Diagrams and
Transformation Rules
*Required Skills:
* 7 years demonstrable work experience with large, complex data
conversion projects. "Large, complex data conversion project" experience is
defined as having worked on projects
with more than 10 source systems, 200 source tables, and 4000 unique source
fields mapped onto 1 target system, 400 target tables and 4000 target
fields.
*Experience with ETL, multidimensional models, and data profiling
tools like DATASTAGE*
Experience writing complex PL/SQL queries, procedural logic, and data
cleansing scripts
Experience writing complex T-SQL queries, procedural logic, and
data cleansing scripts
Ability to prioritize work and meet a very aggressive delivery
schedule in a dynamic and highly matrixed environment.
Laser sharp attention to detail
*Nice to Have Skills: *
Experience with public sector clients,
Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Experience with unemployment compensation systems
