v Must have Hands on experience on various devices(Cisco router and
switches) and expertise in routing protocols like BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, RIP,
OSPF etc.
v Troubleshooting Escalated Tasks
• Making Knowledge Base • Making Standard Operating Procedures and Process
Flowcharts • Making Change Controls • Responsible for problem management •
Configuration Management • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base • Initiate
and implement processes improvements. • Capacity Planning CCNP LAN
Switching Technologies . Cat OS and IOS Switches, , Hardware Knowledge
(Upgrading the IOS or Cat OS), Worked on Cisco 5500 , Cisco 6500, Cisco
4500, Cisco 2900 Model of Switches
