*Position Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Product Management Focus) * *Location: Weston, MA* *Duration: 1 year+* *LOCALS ONLY - F2F MANDATORY* *Essential Functions:* - Take ownership of the overall State Workforce solution, collaborating closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify market trends and overlap in customer requirements and determine implementation and user experience strategies for new feature requests - Be the “voice of the customer” acting as the State Workforce expert within the Government Solutions group, being available to explain workforce - Analyze inputs (sales, services, customers, competitive) and work with agile work stream Product Owners to prioritize features and releases - Create Opportunity Assessments and Product Requirements Documents - Utilize the agile/SCRUM process to produce Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria to describe desired functionality for assigned products - Lead execution on workforce solution strategy from market opportunity assessments to post-release measurement to support organization strategic vision and product roadmap - Communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams to present the goals and roadmap strategy for the workforce solution - Assess market opportunities for revenue expansion within the state workforce marketplace - Work with the business stakeholders involved in testing, validation and evaluation to collect feedback, identify defects, and recommend solutions *Qualifications:* - Minimum 5 years of experience with state workforce solutions either from work experience with a workforce solution contractor, from work experience within a state run workforce solution, or work experience on a state workforce board. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Business Analyst, Product Manager, and/or Product Owner role - Detail oriented and analytical mindset with an ability to gather and interpret relevant data - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Demonstrated success in working within cross-functional teams to meet aggressive deadlines. - Proficient in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Wiki - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time *Preferred Qualifications:* - Direct experience in web application development, preferably database-driven, high-volume commercial websites - Experience working within an agile development environment (XP or SCRUM), preferably writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Agile certification - Product Owner certification *Thanks & Regards,* *Ashok Kumar* *Siyaton Global Solutions, Inc.* *as...@siyaton.com <as...@siyaton.com> | ashok.siya...@gmail.com <ashok.siya...@gmail.com>* *1590 S.
