Senior Configuration Analyst Des Moines, Iowa 12+ months Contract *Overview:* Responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operation and enhancement of 3rd party medium to highly complex application systems that support core organizational functions. Will work to formulate and define specifications for 3rd party software applications or modifying/maintaining complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the product vendor. Designs, configure, tests, debugs and documents those programs. *Facets experience will be required for this position.* *Responsibilities:* Bachelor's Degree or four years of direct experience. Four years of experience in a role supporting third party application/system management including configuration, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting. Trizetto Facets knowledge and experience in health care. Experience in a role working directly with third party vendors. Experience with troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of production issues. Understanding of business requirements and experience translating these into configuration design. Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated while working with internal and external stakeholders.
