Responsible for the management of technical project(s) or program teams from
initiation through implementation, includes: planning, analysis, design
development and implementation. Provides overall direction for establishing
project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Integrates project plans
into Program Plans. Establishes roles and responsibilities within the core
program team. Allocates and coordinates resources (staff, equipment, vendors
and consultants) across one or more projects. Manages budget for assigned
project(s), develops and monitors project/program plan(s), and adjusts
resources and priorities accordingly. Aligns business unit, technical
development and support organizations. Establishes program communication
plan across the businesses, regions, support and technology groups. Prepares
and presents progress reports for senior management.



Manages multiple projects that comprise a single block or are responsible
for a single block within a program of great complexity.

The ability to work independently, providing support and direction to team.
Has ownership for project approach, timelines, deliverables and metrics.
Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and
that objectives conform to LOB overall standards, operations objectives,
user requirements and client?s needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct program kick off meetings to communicate individual roles, project
expectations, and ensure that all project team members have the tools and
training required to perform effectively.

Identifies the appropriate communication mechanisms and frequency Applies
Chase methodology and process to execute the project Lead meetings at the
operational level, providing continuous feedback on project status and
offering constructive options to ensure project tracks to original
expectations Provides status updated to the business sponsor Works closely
with block sponsor on the business drivers for successful delivery Define
purpose, clear roles, tasks, milestones, and measures of success Develop
project plan and execute against plan Monitor project, evaluate progress and
quality, manage problem solving/issues and recommend escalation Provide
action plans to mitigate risk and implement Work with testing team to ensure
thorough testing Lead PIR
