They will support availability, conferencing, desktop sharing, signing issues, and connectivity issues. Eventually they will have the enterprise voice rollout done where Lync will be available to everyone in the company, so they need resources to proactively address Lync related issues. Right now there is one other person who is handling these issues, but this person will have help from the architecture team and automation team.
