*Position: Systems Analyst* *Locals from VA/DC/MD only * *Phone + F2F required.* *BACKGROUND:* Systems Analyst provides testing support of the Financial Operations Systems and is needed to supplement existing staff. *SCOPE OF WORK:* The position’s essential duties include the following: · Test finished functionality to check for issues, before presenting the final product to the customer · Created test plans to help facilitate testing · Walk customers through user acceptance testing to help them to verify functionality was working properly. · Review and critiqued detailed specifications for new functionality requests · Participate in sprint planning, task estimates, task sequencing, task assignments, sprint reviews and retrospectives; · Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition; · Document business requirements; develop training programs, documents, and materials; · Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and change control activities; *REQUIRED SKILL-SET AND EXPERIENCE:* Proposed resource should possess a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following technologies and disciplines: · Demonstrated experience with increasingly complex system analysis projects · Experience developing user stories based on business and system requirements · Experience defining and elaborating user stories with validation and acceptance criteria · Experience with various requirements gathering techniques and methodologies (UML/ Use cases, Activity diagrams, JAD sessions). · Hands-on QA testing experience in client server and/or web-based environment · Experience developing manual and automated test scripts · Experience with 3rd party testing and change management tools · Experience with Scrum and/or other Agile Development frameworks - Experience with automated requirements engineering and testing tools - RDBMS experience (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle) and ability to write SQL queries. - Experience with Project Management Software - Experience with Software Development -- *Thanks & Regards* *Rathna Kumar | Senior-IT Recruiter |* *Email: **rath...@usmsystems.com** , Phone:** **703-349-2660** * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
