This Plano-based industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract opening for a TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Developer. Will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Application Integration solutions. Will develop services and components utilizing TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks. Will design, develop, and deploy solutions that deliver to the defined requirements Will participate in unit and system testing. Will develop all necessary documentation to support the solution. Will participate in all phases of the System Development Life cycle, including maintenance and support. Will interface with business areas and effectively translate business needs into technology based business solutions. Will be expected to demonstrate knowledge and expertise with software tools and an ability to evaluate. Required Experience: · 3+ years hands-on experience developing integration solutions using TIBCO Messaging and ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks. · 4+ years experience in the support of interfaces and interface/integration engines. · 3+ years experience with J2EE Programming, Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services, Servlets, Messaging Systems, JavaScript, XML, HMTL, and CSS. · Working knowledge of development technologies in deploying and supporting web-based and n-tier applications. · Experience with Source Control tools (CVS or similar) and defect tracking systems. · Basic understanding of database concepts. · Experience writing technical specifications.
