Interface with management, business analysts, project managers, and other developers, along with internal customers to understand requirements and develop according to business requirements. * PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Participates as a technical expert in design, development, testing, and debugging new system modules or enhancements to existing application · Designs and develops solutions to solve complex problems considering software/hardware capacity and limitations, operating time and desired results · Develops large-scale applications leveraging J2EE · Analyzes problems and provides recommendations for application and system improvements · Works with peers, senior staff and business analysts to create project specification and determine implementation details · Partners with business to design and develop optimal solutions · Work with a team to create project estimates based on business requirements · Expected to participate in complete project lifecycle up to and including project implementation · Work with software vendors to provide timely support · Ability to work well within a team · Available to provide 24X7 support on rotating pager duty · Establish and maintain working relationships with internal business customers, internal IT support groups and vendors to achieve project goals *QUALIFICATIONS:* · · At least 8+ years of development experience · 6+ years of Java experience · Experience with a variety of technologies including: UNIX, Windows, SQL, PL/SQL, Javascript, Java, J2EE, Oracle 9i/10g/11g, Eclipse, TOAD, OC4J, Weblogic application server · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/CIS/MIS or Engineering/Technology or related field or equivalent experience/training · Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize projects in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment · Must be well organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitude · Proficient in MS Office applications · Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Regards* *Divya D Williams* *972-215-0460* *di...@innocoresolutions.com <di...@innocoresolutions.com>* What you do today can improve all your tomorrows. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
