Proficiently code in *SQL as *well as at least one of popular DB-accessible languages, like *.NET, VB, and Perl *Expertise in developing *web based front end* to *data mine / search database* Experience with tools to *import and export data from DB* Must possess experience *Crystal Reports* to generate custom reports from exported *DB via UI.* Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be interfacing with 2 groups that will share a common database. In addition, candidate will be presenting design schema to these groups as stakeholders. Lastly, candidate will need to document all development efforts. Experience with Microsoft .Net Daily Responsibilities: Candidate will be assisting in several areas. Assist importing and validating *SSIS data / accuracy*, assist with updating existing db schema to accommodate planned expansion, assist and/or create support for *Crystal Reports via the UI.* Involved in some new application development, development, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, review, analysis, modifications and documentation to improve automation of components and processes for greater flexibility and performance Support the deployment of capabilities to live environments, including maintaining source and data branches in version control, and debugging issues related to deployment.
