Position: Automation Tester Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Fulltime or 6 Months Experience: * Minimum 3 years' experience in automated testing (complete lifecyle) using Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) from HP * Demonstrable programming experience in VB/VBA/VBScript or other scripting language Knowledge and Skills Requirements: * Excellent knowledge of automated testing using UFT\QTP and ALM * Good experience of web services testing * Good knowledge of SQL * Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and the role of automation therein * Knowledge of Test Tools in the market place * Knowledge and experience of Agile product development a big plus * Excellent attention to detail * Motivated by delivery * Ability to work and team effectively in a global environment * Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change * Ability to escalate accurately and efficiently with escalations * Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills * Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams * English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication Supervision Responsibilities: * Where appropriate, assist with the training and development of other team members * Review of automation activities carried out by other team members Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: * Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution * Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions * Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements * Good numerate / literate / mathematical ability * Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options * Ability to prioritize personal and team workloads to best meet organizational objectives Thanks & Regards, *Raghavendra Gaddam*, Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc Phone: 630-242-6423 Ext: 221 !!
