Have 7+ years of development experience in Siebel Tools configuration, workflow processes, business services, web services, and eScript. . Have an expert level proficiency in Siebel Architecture and Data Model. . Have a high level proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RDBMS. . Have a clear project and process improvement orientation with experience in delivering solutions under very tight timelines. . Have experience in coordinating with teams within a matrixed IT organization. . Have strong teaming and time management skills. . Perform troubleshooting and production support. . Assume other projects/assignments as directed by management. . Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and methodologies. . Have ability to multitask within an environment of rapidly changing priorities. . Have ability to present and demonstrate technical solution to large audience. . Be able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. . Proactively solve problems and be a team player. . Responsible for configuring Siebel application to support business requirements and design specifications. . Responsible for supporting application implementation through design reviews, development, code reviews, quality assurance testing, deployment and support. . Responsible for ensuring that design, development and implementation are consistent across multiple projects and adhere to application's technical standards. . Responsible for ensuring and developing best practices to improve quality of deliverables and efficiency of development process. . Responsible for ensuring development artifacts follow established standards, processes, application guidelines and technical architecture. . Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope. . Have experience in developing CRM solutions in communications or media industry. . Be willing to work occasional extended hours. . Previous consulting experience with large consulting firm is preferred. . Siebel certification is preferred. .
