Primary responsibility is to ensure availability and facilitate productive use of a product for Application Teams or end users. Complete Description: Under the direction of the L&I lead product administrator, the product specialists will assist in the administration, configuration, troubleshooting and fine tuning of the Departments infrastructure running on Websphere products. These products range from hosting custom applications that serve internal employees and external customers, as well as third party software products that utilize Webshpere as its underlying application server.
