Ø Proficiency in Object Oriented analysis, design, and programming. Ø Proficiency in debugging. Ø Proficiency in reading, understanding, and working with large existing code bases. *Beneficial computer skills: * Ø Familiar with Design Patterns and UML notation. Ø Familiar with use for profiling tools for execution analysis Ø Familiar with algorithm analysis and design. Ø Familiar with Eclipse, JBuilder, or equivalent Java IDE. Ø Experience with scripting ANT, Unix/Linux shell, Windows batch files a plus. Ø Experience with source code control tools and best practices. Ø Experience working in a software development life cycle environment. *General knowledge, skills, and abilities: * Ø Strong values, highest degree of personal integrity.
