Location- Washington, DC Duration- 6 months Rate: DOE Required Skills: Senior Developer Consultant - Enterprise Integration. The Senior Developer Consultant - Enterprise Integration will provide development expertise for building a SOA based integration platform for the entire district. This effort will migrate from the existing platform to a new JBOSS solution. • Help District agencies and other branches in OCTO, to integrate all their applications using a single SOA solution. • Provide assistance to OCTO management in accomplishing broad-range goals as well as specific tasks for the team, so that the team can provide the best services. • Participate in the design and construction of application infrastructure and evaluation of new technologies that will be effectively deployed for improved services. • Work as a team to provide sustainable web services that have a 99.9% uptime within our reasonable control. • Build and deploy reliable infrastructure that completely meets the requirements and satisfies the involved agencies and their customers. Behavior Characteristics: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to troubleshoot problems in a fast paced environment as needed.
