FL * *Duration : Long term* *Client: Tech Mahindra* This is the equivalent of a Network Analyst III position we are looking for. Must be onsite in Fort Myers – and travel to Naples and AMIE to manage tapes and such. The candidate for this position with should be considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of backup/recovery systems. They will possess a well-rounded background in various backup/recovery and storage technologies; with specialties in EMC Networker and Data Domain along with solid EMC VNX experience. Position is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance and support of the Networker/Data Domain backup system infrastructure. The responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to, • overall design and stability of the backup infrastructure, • creation of SLAs that meet business and legal requirements, • ensuring all new data is backed up, • monitor daily backup jobs for failures or issues and correct these issues accordingly, • maintain rotation of backup tapes to off-site storage, • capacity planning, and performance analysis as it relates to day-to-day operations, • ensuring that all required company data is backed up according to company policies and SLAs • thorough documentation of all systems and support activities *ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * 1. Continues self-education on those products supported. 2. Attends user groups as appropriate. 3.
