Experience with Adobe FLEX action scripting. Experience with JavaScript frameworks (YUI, ExtJS are preferable but other framework experience - such as jQuery, Prototype, Dojo, etc. can be relevant as well. Proficiency with programming DHTML, experience with DOM and event programming model. Experience with cross-platform cross-browser development. Experience with XML and JSON.
