Requirements: PEOPLESOFT HCM BENEFITS Benefits Lead - Experienced Peoplesoft HCM consultant specializing in Benefits module. Must have experience designing and implementing an integrated US Benefits solution with a 3rd party vendor. Experienced leading a large team, including implementation partners Coordinating the operational integration and delivery of H & W Benefits services between IBM HR outsourcing functions (payroll, HRIS) and third party providers. Monitoring the delivery and performance of H&W Benefits services from Manile Delivery Center and third party providers. Principal liaison with third party providers’ account managers to ensure necessary system/process preparations are made for timely application deployment (based on client H & W Benefits business processes and timelines). Ensuring quick resolution of escalated delivery issues and performance failures among the process partners. Acting as IBM Benefits SME and PeopleSoft BenAdmin SME for assigned client.
