Package management


   -   Setting up OMW constants, activity rules, OCM
   -   Setting up users, roles, printers
   -   Environment creation, data refresh
   -   Installing new JDE servers if required
   -   Data dictionary management
   -   ESU management
   -   Good knowledge in Server manager, Weblogic application server
   -   Restarting JDE services on all servers in a controlled manner
   -   Troubleshooting end user errors, debug logs
