*Position: SAP Solution Architect*
*Location: Greensboro,NC *
*Duration: 6+ Months*

*Requisition Details:*

*3-5 years Discrete Manufacturing Industry Experience << Automotive /
Aerospace / Industrial Machinery verticals >>*
*5 years of total industry experience*
*Minimum 5 years of SAP experience*
*At least 1 end-to-end SAP implementation experience onsite in USA*
*Good verbal and written communication skills*

*Job Responsibilities:*

Should have worked with at least two Fortune 100 companies and with total
of five customers for various SAP projects
*Should be able to analyze business processes and articulate solutions
 related to Manufacturing planning, Material Planning, Capacity Requirement
Planning, Production execution & optimization, Shop Floor Control,
Integration with Supply Chain, Materials Management, Cost Controlling and
Quality Inspection processes*
Must have extensive experience in designing processes related to above
areas along with Master data elements such as Production Bills of
Materials, Work Centers & Routings, Activity types
Should be well versed with issues and relevant solutions related to
Multi-plant MRP, Capacity planning, Variant configuration, Tracking &
traceability with batches, serial numbers & classification, Production
Order processing with quality assurance, Manufacturing with
sub-contracting, Multi-plant production planning and execution, product
costing
Should have in-depth experience in various production scenarios such as
Make To Stock, Make to Order and Engineered To Order
*Needs to have experience / knowledge in Lean Manufacturing solutions using
Kanban, PLM integration and DMS*
*Integration with APO and SD modules is desirable*
MES Integration knowledge would be an additional advantage
