Resource must have the ability to lead the business in discovering value in the data using Tableau. Educate the business on the power of Tableau in exploring the data. Help develop and capture KPI's in the business by exploring the data. Can guide teams on best practices and standards of using Tableau. Create highly visual analytical dashboards using Tableau. Needs the ability to lead Tableau Dashboard design efforts. Tableau Developer should have 3-7 yrs. of Tableau Development Experience Demonstrated ability to produce Executive Level Tableau Dashboard visualization for Senior Management Tableau SME with strong expertise in Tableau visualization / Reporting on complex projects.
