*C# Web Services Developers* *WASHINGTON, District of Columbia* *duration 1yr extend up to 3.5+ years* *Job Details:* *Senior Developers with C#, Web Services, HTML5, Angular JS, IOS/Android App Dev, MapBox* *REQUIRED SKILLS: * -C# 3.5 or greater, ASP.Net, WinForms, .NET Web Services/WCF, and Windows Services -MS SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Views, and Table design) -MS SQL Server Reporting Services 2008 -MS SharePoint 2007 or greater *-XML, XSL, XHTML, CSS, AJAX * -Javascript, JQuery in particular -Hands-on experience in Design Patterns is preferred -Candidate should have 10 years of relevant professional experience in the use of similar application software and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Studies or a discipline related to the work required from an accredited college or university. *RESPONSIBILITIES: * -This position serves as a software Developer on all software-related issues pertaining Mobile applications. -Responsible for conduct of requirements analyses, development of functional and software specifications, coding, testing and deploying software. -Works with team of developers, assigns priorities, obtains resources and monitors performance to ensure development and sustainment processes are in compliance with Capability Maturity Model (CMM) methodologies as needed to create proper versioning and repeatable builds of all business applications to ensure proper documentation of features and fixes are available to the user community. -Application development is a team environment that includes the user community, the database administrators, the web designers, and the systems/network engineers for optimal application design and performance of applications. This includes the coordination of software releases. -Mentors team members in development technologies, CMM, and Object Oriented Programming/Design. -Assist in refresh and/or enhancement of software. Participates in meetings with end-users, prepares and conducts briefings and prepares technical papers as required. -Candidate will need to maintain expertise in all technologies and component software of business applications. *REQUIRED * 10+ years of experience in software engineering for web-based and mobile applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Strong experience with: Senior Developers with HTML5, Angular JS, IOS/Android App Dev, MapBox - HTML5 ( HTML/CSS3/Javascript) programming stack for responsive mobile applications - Demonstrated proficiency in Angular/IONIC or similar mobile frameworks. - Expertise deploying Hybrid HTML5 applications using PhoneGap/Cordova - Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new, complex, javascript frameworks - Expertise in the Mapbox GL JS framework strongly desired. Significant preference given to candidates with this skill set. - Native mobile programing experience in iOS and/or Android a plus - Geospatial expertise for HTML5 map rendering strongly preferred - WebGL expertise a plus Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance is required DESIRED Experience Agile Providing technical leadership in the design and development of enterprise mobile apps Continuous integration Automated testing Working in large and small teams, strong interpersonal skills Self-starter Enjoys solving challenging technical problems Derived requirements, developed prototypes, and created marketing strategy for SurvivorPath - a mobile, cloud-based case navigation tool used by medical providers and their patients with chronic illnesses.
