*Subject: **ABAP developer with HCM/HR Exp***
*Location: Remote*
*Duration: 6+ Months*
*Skills needed:*
· 5+ years SAP development experience/SAP Implementation/Upgrade
Experience
· MUST have In-depth understanding of various sub-modules of SAP
HCM/SAP HR is a must.
· MUST have exp in designing, implementing, supporting applications
using ABAP/HR ABAP
· Experience with SAP ECC 6.0
· Experience with ABAP Report and Dialog/Module Programming
· Experience with ABAP Data Dictionary objects, Open SQL, Logical
Databases.
· Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming
· Experience with ABAP Objects (ALV, TREE, EDITOR, PICTURE, FILE,
Database Services, etc.)
· Experience with SAP Script Forms, SAP Smart Forms
· Experience with creating the Interfaces with Third party
applications and Systems.
· Experience in middleware applications ( Web methods/SAP PI)
· Experience with EDI, ALE, IDOC development.
· Experience with LSMW, data migration and conversions
· Experience with developing detailed specifications and the design
of coding, testing, debugging and documenting of programs written from
functional and technical specifications.
· Develop and maintain ABAP programs, function modules,
classes/objects as needed and assigned.
· Develop and maintain the Third party Interfaces with SAP HCM
Payroll system.
· Develop and maintain various business forms, (SAP Script and
Smart Forms), and print programs as needed and assigned.
· Develop and maintain user-exits, customer exits, BADIs,
enhancements.
· Work with Business and SAP function team and Third party systems
and transferring information in and out of SAP using standard and custom
methodologies.
· Follow up standards and developing reusable objects with
object-oriented programming.
