*Job :Business Analyst ( Media & Ad-tech and Broadcasting Exp ) * *Client : Conversant * *Location : SFO CA * *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Interact with relevant stakeholders (like product managers, system users and executive sponsors) to understand, analyze and document requirements of new ESG Attribution System *Wherever needed, reverse engineer and analyze existing code base (primarily Java/ J2ee) * Key skills required: 1.Business Analysis 2.Ad tech domain understanding 3.Analytical skills 4.Familiarity with Java code, Scala will be a plus 5.Understanding of SQL & Oracle PL/ SQL ************************************************************************************************ Document functional requirements across all technical aspects of the solution (UI, business rules, task and activity coordination, technical integrations) Define technical interfaces and internal transformational processes Diagramme workflow and processes Lead requirement discussion, JAD sessions and release planning and prioritization Translate and decompose high-level requirement documentation into sufficiently detail functional requirements for software design *Experience:* Tolerant of ambiguity with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, support personnel, and provide functional guidance and expertise to customers and management Strong analytical, communication, presentation and writing skills.
