Title : *Business Analyst - P&C Insurance (Claims)* Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ Duration: *6+ months * *Job Description :* *Recommended Qualifications* § Bachelor's Degree preferred and at least 4 years of experience in a systems analysis environment. § 4 + years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly Claims, strongly preferred. § Completion of IIBA CBAP or other certification program helpful. § Must be detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines. § Must be flexible and effective at multi-tasking. § Able to establish positive relationships with IT staff, business partners and other key stakeholders. § Strong ability to perform analysis of complex business, data, workflow, and technology issues to support decision-making. § Must possess outstanding meeting facilitation, verbal and written communication skills. § Effective in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups. § Must be pro-active with issue identification and resolution.
