Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
Work with Cost Allocation and Cost Reporting team to document existing and
end-state data & phasing
Work with EMRS and EORC team to determine data linkage
Work with QA and Dev teams to ensure specifications are complete (including
boundary cases), unambiguous, understood and adequately tested.
Review technical design and test case documentation, raise and resolve
issues.
Work with users during UAT to analyse, explain and fix issues that arise.
Agree deliverables, highlight workstream interdependencies, work to a plan,
report status and raise issues clearly and in good time.
Work with Users and IT to understand, clarify, review and document
future-state.
Create precise sourcing and mapping specifications
Skills Required
Strong IT / Systems / Business Analysis background (5+ years experience).
Comfortable working within large and fluid project environment with many
interdependencies.
Excellent analysis and documentation skills; can clarify details, with
precision and accuracy.
Solid verbal and written communication skills that easily resolve conflicts
and ambiguity.
Demonstrated ability to compile, present and discuss options and then agree
approach.
High level of technical proficiency in writing business documentation.
Comfortable working within a defined SDLC process
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Skills Desired
Degree preferred but not essential.
Logical approach; capable of understanding complex issues and displaying
them with precision
Comfortable mining into data to gain thorough understanding of its
composition
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Understanding of applications / design and their limitations.
Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritise tasks
Detail oriented, organised and analytical.
