Write C# programs to manipulate backend SQL database 2.Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of WCF architecture and configuration. 3.Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or later. Must be fluent in basic SQL and stored procedures 4.Knowledgeable of SOA design principles and performance testing 5.Experience with ESRI ArcObjects and Spatial SQL a plus. *Management Skills:* Must be comfortable with agile stories, sprints (working within a 2 week window to complete tasks). Must be comfortable with rapidly changing and/or loosely defined requirements that are refined over time.
