*Responsibilities*
Candidates must have excellent business consulting experience and a strong
balance between business, technical and project management techniques.
Property and/or claims Insurance experience preferred.
Overall experience should be a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive
successful accomplishments for employer and clients. Please provide
references when applying.
Must also demonstrate the ability to implement application solutions
including:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Participating in determining standards and best practices
- Partnering with an implementation team
- Transferring knowledge to the clients

- Extensive experience with IBM Cognos TM1 (Applix) tools including IBM
Cognos TM1 Web and Turbo-Integrator

- Extensive design and implementation experience with TM1 cubes.

- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Finance and Accounting area.

- Three (3) years minimum experience implementing IBM Cognos TM1
* *
- Integrating TM1 for scenario based planning and Cognos 8 BI for
Performance Dashboards
* *
- Deploying and Configuring TM1 in standalone environment for budgeting,
planning, forecasting and consolidation
* *
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required,
preferably in the Finance or Accounting areas.

- Experience in full life-cycle of project development including
Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Rollout, Implementation, and
Training
* *
- Cognos TM1 product certification a strong plus.
* *
- Experience with Cognos Enterprise Planning a plus
* *
- Cognos Business Intelligence tool experience a plus.
* *
- Ability to foster client relationships and working relationships with
peers
* *
- Excellent analytical and research skills
* *
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
* *
- Self-starter with ability to work on projects with minimum supervision

- Assisting with report design, creation and integration using COGNOS
