Position: Lead Performance Tester - Lead the team. - Interpret requirements. - Create Test Strategy/Test Plan/Estimates. - Formulate QA Performance Test Strategy. - Review all QA deliverables. - Strong understanding of industry standard performance measurement, tools, and techniques (Performance Center, Loadrunner, all HP tools, VuGen Scripting, Sitescope, etc). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong planning and management skills.
