SOFTWARE/DEVELOPMENT TOOLS/DATABASE SYSTEMS • SQL or Oracle experience required • Cognos experience required, 7+yrs. • MS Excel experience required • MS Access experience preferred Programming Language/Development Tools: SQL – Intermediate; Able to build a new environment in SQL QA/Testing: Understanding of Healthcare Data Required. Knowledge Transfer.
