Should be able to figure out various technical integration points within a large application 2. Great analytical skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication 4. Prior development and design skills on following technologies: a. Java/J2EE b. Middleware technologies like IBM Enterprise Service Bus is really a plus. c.
