*Dynamics Architect* · Shapes the ERP design architecture based on strategic business and operating models
· Develops Principles, Strategies, Standards, Guidelines and frameworks based on best practices, industry standards, and established models; Ensures compliance across business · Develop and maintain roadmaps and strategic vision; Produce models to describe framework and strategy · Provide advice and consultancy to Management · Provide cross project architectural governance to ensure adherence to strategy and roadmap · Monitor and report on project compliance · Provide consultancy in development of program/project plans including budget estimates and allocations · Lead and/or Assist in development and implementation of programs/projects · Establishes global ERP infrastructure and architecture by integrating ERP solutions across functional lines; determining functional layers; establishing partner collaborations · Translating ERP needs into Microsoft solutions including computer platform, database, networking, systems integration, failsafe, disaster recovery, and security; compliance and audit; recommending best-fit and best-breed architectures · Deploys ERP architecture by recommending hardware and software solutions (programming, configuring, uploading, downloading, monitoring, controlling, diagnosing, and documenting), tools, and utilities · Designing workflow and integration rules including triggers, alerts, procedures and policies, and integration standards; ability to assess controls issues/gaps and coordinate/track them using appropriate tools preparing development guidelines · Planning with a data warehouse team; designing and testing simulations; designing and completing data migration; planning upgradeability; documenting system; resolving problems · All other tasks and / or duties as requested *Required Experience:* · 7+ years of IT Industry experience · Prior experience working with ERP applications · Prior experience in a similar Enterprise Architect role · Prior experience in a similar industry (technology) · Prior experience working a global environment *Required Skills:* · Business Architecture; understand the business processes, information flow, and work processes that drive the different business units and can translate these processes/flow into technical solutions · Infrastructure Architecture; map the underlying infrastructure and technical platforms and systems they support. This includes ability to understand networks, servers, workstations and cloud computing · Applications Architecture; map business applications to business functions/units, processes, and platforms within the organization, identifying gaps, overlaps, and areas for synergy and efficiencies · Data Architecture; understand the underlying data and data structures used by the business processes and business systems, allowing for identifying storage, Data transmission, Data communications methods and strategies · Integration Architecture; understand and design a common integration platform utilizing industry protocols.
