*Location*: Morristown, NJ *Experience*: 7+ Year *Job Description:* *Skills Set:* *Experience in DW, ETL space, sound knowledge of SQL and experience on Crystal Reports, Oracle Reports, Cognos etc.* *Overview:* Looking for Test Lead at onsite USA having 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Reporting, database testing, business intelligence, and data analytics. Work experience related to *Financials within Property & Casualty Insurance domain.* *Job Responsibilities: * Work as a the lead QA for implementation of IEV for Data warehousing and Reporting. Coordinate with Program Manager, Project manager and QA Director in estimating the QA resource needs for the program. Participate in Sprint planning sessions and scrum meetings. Coordinate with other QA members at both onsite and offshore for sprint test preparation & test execution. Adhere to QA and *Agile* Guild Standards and process. Defect Management -Evaluate and log defects identified and follow-up till they are fixed and retest. Coordination with PM, BA and vendor team during all phases of testing. Reporting – Effective communication of Test planning, preparation and execution as and when required. Knowledge of Relational databases & testing methodologies associated to them. Work experience on Insurity’s IEV and WINS is a plus. Testing experience on tools such as *Crystal Reports, Oracle Reports, Cognos, Tableau is a plus.* *Personal Attributes:* Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within a challenging work environment. Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills.
