This person must be very strong hands on with PL/Sql and workflow, have a strong understanding of O2C process flow and be able to debug Java for EBS to Salesforce integration*. · Strong in PL/SQL, Oracle EBS Workflow . · Can debug java, to support Oracle EBS - Salesforce integrations . · Key thing is the ability to understand and debug java code, as we have several key OTC integrations between EBS and SFDC · Engineer solutions to provide break fixes in the clients Oracle EBS codebase · Provide tier 1 and 2 support for production issues, for our various revenue streams, including month end (after hours and weekend on call availability required during the month end close cycle) · Interact with key customers of these services and tools running on the Oracle EBS and Salesforce platforms · Own the process end to and: Gather requirements, create design narratives, perform configurations and coding, perform unit testing and post go live support · Assist with OTC process flow documentation effort · Deep understanding of Order to Cash business process and accounting flow · Minimum 7-10 years of solid EBS experience, including building and supporting OTC integration solutions.
