*Responsibilities include: *
- Assist in the production of Change Management deliverables
(requirements, test scripts, testing documentation, test plans)
- Providing communication of status and issues between the business
areas and the project management team
- Provide Change Management documentation by business area
- Requirements
- User acceptance test plans
- Test data requirements and plans
- Business implementation plans
- Post deployment validation plans
- Provide guidance on new functionality contained within Hyperion 11.1.2
- Provide assistance with updates to MAXL scripts used to load Essbase
cubes
- Provide testing and deployment coordination
- Develop Web forms
- Develop draft calculation scripts and business rules
- Escalate issues for business areas
*Required Skills:*
- Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience
- Extensive experience with Hyperion 11.1.2 including expert level with
SmartView
- Essbase (Hyperion Bootcamp training minimum)
- Knowledge of business rules and calculation scripts
- Hyperion Planning, including creating web forms, administration
activities, planning configurations, security setup etc.
- Hyperion Workspace: configuration, security setup, FR report including
database connections etc.
- Knowledge of FR studio and creation of FR reports
- Extensive experience with SQL
- Understanding of BSO and ASO and partition
- Knowledge of FP&A planning, budgeting and forecasting preferred
- Experience writing requirements, test plans, etc.
- Ability to test system functionality, troubleshoot and recognize
system problems
- Strong attention to detail, time management, troubleshooting,
analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in writing training materials, preparing and providing
hands-on training to end users
