ofsuggesting best practice and alternate solutions for the applications
Capable of tuning the application for better performance and scalability



*Skill2 - Open Source ESB (L3)*

Product like ServiceMix, MULE, JOBSS, Fuse, OW2 etc,Additionally also
should be able to do design reviews and suggest design improvShould have
experience in testing methodologies for ESB product.Should have an
understanding of SOA and should have implemented web servicesbased
solutions. Should have an understanding of implementing ESB solutionsusing
more than one product. Should contribute to technology forums-whitepapers,
articles and innovation ideas Should be able to estimateand plan for an ESB
solution implementation.Apart from above proficiency: 1.Should be able to
understand the impact ofdependent technologies and incorporate
design-Should understand security solutions (in open ESB product
context),backend systems, domain flows 2.Should be able toidentify
technology/functional on-functional dependenciesimplementation and plan for
the same3.Should contribute to technology forums -participate inat least
one seminar in speaker slot
