Minimum Requirements: Must Have Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB) with UAT,CRP.** Work under the direction of client project manager Assist client project manager with scheduling project activities Manage team members’ day-to-day activities Develop weekly status report and attend weekly status meeting Gather requirements; Review current processes, benefits plans and current systems Map requirements to OAB functionality Identify gaps and develop potential resolutions; review with client team and close gaps.Lead OAB Design, Development, Testing and Deployment Develop OAB configuration document and configure OAB for CRP1, DEV, CRP2, CRP3, UAT and PROD Develop business scenarios and test cases for CRP1, CRP2, CRP3 and UAT Prepare and Conduct CRP1, CRP2 and CRP3 Support UAT and Performance testing Support end user training material Document and resolve gaps/issues coming out of CRP1, CRP2, CRP3 and UAT Working with client business lead and SMEs, develop functional specs for RICE objects Review RICE functional specs with RICE developers and communicate with off-shore Team and resolve functional issues with RICE development Working with client business lead and SMEs, develop future state processes and resolve issues Working with client business lead and SME, load benefits plan in OAB Working with team, review data quality, advise on data cleansing, and data load/conversion activities Assist in cut-over plan development and activities Provide post production support Thanks for your time and Consideration,* **** *Very Truly, Sunny Anand | Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc.
