Minimum 2 years developing custom Portal themes, Portal 8/8.5 theme
development is a big plus.

Minimum 6 years working with RAD/Eclipse/MyEclipse
Minimum 6 years Working with Source Code repository such as SVN, CVS etc.
Highly desired to have WebSphere Content Management(WCM) experience
Desired developing Response Web Pages, CSS3, Javascript,
Ability to Work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to troubleshoot and fix defects
