Attached is a job description for a MOSS Sharepoint resource. Location is
New York, NY. This position is a six month assignment with the right to
hire as well as the option to extend after six months. Because this is a
right to hire, only Greencard holders and US citizens can be submitted at

Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Description:
*Duties/Description:
*Lead analysis of current content, plan the design, and development of MOSS
2007 sites.
Software installation and initial configuration, creation of Document and
Form libraries, customization of library attributes, search and indexing,
branding, import of existing data, etc. Candidates must have 3+ years of
experience supporting/administering IIS. At least 2+ years experience
supporting/administering SharePoint. Must be able to configure, and support
SharePoint Portal Server and Windows SharePoint Services. Experience
supporting SQL server would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with
SharePoint Custom Webparts and SharePoint development skills are required.
Considerable experience with MS Windows web technology, especially Windows
2003, XP /IIS 6.0 and SharePoint technology. Previous development
experience, especially .NET, would be preferred.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and prior experience with
end users and groups regarding the deployment and use of MOSS 2007
- Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) is highly
desired
- 3+ years related work experience, including experience designing,
architect, and deploying SharePoint 2003
- Expert-level skills with SharePoint 2003
- Microsoft Certifications a plus
- Experience in SharePoint /.NET application development, SharePoint
Designer which includes use of the SharePoint API, SharePoint web services,
and creation of web parts.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 2003 and SQL Server 2000/2005, XML
