Synopsis of Position: To manage service availability and strive for continuous service improvements. To ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded for all NS delivered services. To be a single point of contact for the account teams during service related exceptions. To drive internal and vendor support teams for improved Mean Time To Repair and provide clear and concise communications of impact, recovery plans and lessons learned thus preventing future customer outages. To act as a single NSD focal point during Critical Situation calls.
