US Citizen ONLY Immediate Interview *Business/System/Data Analyst* Looking for good mix of Businessand Data/System Analyst.Must be task oriented and be self-motivated with great technical writing skills, Mid-level SQL skills, must be able to understand where data comes from and how to get the data. Be able to talk between the technical side and business side to be able to validate process and identify issues. Business Analysis skills-Functional/Technical Specification writing skills and experience is required and testing/validation experience with data is helpful. 1.This role is responsible for managing the requirements and processes to ensure that SQL system scope meets business requirements 2.Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating detailed business and functional requirements for Managed Care project 3.This role analyzes the stakeholder needs and gains agreement on key business requirements from all stakeholders 4.Candidate should have some SQL development experience using Microsoft SQL server. Ability to write ad hoc queries against a SQL Server database is required. 5.Candidate should have some experience with ETL development. SSIS experience is a plus. 6.Good understanding and experience with Relational Database and database design concepts is a plus. 7.Candidate should be comfortable writing test scripts, and performing scripts using Microsoft SQL 8.Ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst with mid-level technical skills 9.Experience in patient billing and financial arena within healthcare a definite plus 10.Must have experience developing reporting and analytic reports/tools after understanding business partner’s requirements. This should include development of various graphical representations to summarize data.
