*Healthcare BA* *Location: Danville, PA* *Duration: 8-12 months plus extensions* *Interview Process: Phone and then offer * *Job Description:* This person will be responsible for developing detailed data requirements for various aspects of the Health Insurance Exchange Project. Working with personnel in various units, develop the specifications for integrating various existing applications with the new system. Experience with reengineering of business processes as well as detailed data mapping will be required. *Knowledge:* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics with a Master’s degree preferred Knowledge of integration mapping of source data systems to applications Knowledge of data and integration testing including development of test cases Knowledge of quality management Knowledge of the Agile Software Development Process Proficient with MS office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) *Skills**:* Experience building integrations both real time and batch processes Experience in defining interface requirements of source systems and the application Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to get relevant data requirements Experience in data validations and testing Experience in implementing new systems Proven ability to define and design improvements in business systems *Abilities:* Ability to develop detailed data mapping documents, sufficient for developers to build integrations.
