Services supported include VPNs, Internet Services, cloud networking, Ethernet/VPLS, mobility, U-verse, security services and core network backbone capabilities. · Develop, writes, reviews, and executes rigorous, detailed test plans, to certify new network equipment and new services and features for the network, and document the test results. While focusing on testing the new ATT’s services and features, testing also covers the performance and scale, and inter-operating with the other vendor equipment and AT&T systems and tools. May also perform the regression testing and develop test automation tools. · Able to design most complex of test environments and to configure network equipment in the test Lab environment to certify the design; document the configurations; and trains operational personnel on the configurations. · Works with the vendor to ensure their product quality meets the AT&T criteria and to correct product defects. Leads troubleshooting and identification of the root cause of the most complex problems, ranging from design issues to vendor technology issues.
