*Relevant Experience*

   - Around 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce.
   - Requires understanding of Salesforce functionality and integration
   methods. Ability to guide and explain Salesforce functionality to the
   business.  Should have experience in contract management.
   - Meet with the business and technical team to gather and document
   Salesforce enhancement business requirements. Create BRD’s (Business
   Requirement Documents) and NFR’s (Non-Functional Requirements).
   - Participant in testing to ensure requirements have been met, convert
   unit test scripts into business UAT scripts
   - Do analysis of identified business issues and provide recommendations
   on solutions

*Desirable Qualification*

   - At least 2 or more from the following
   - Salesforce.com Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
   - Salesforce.com Certified Developer
   - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
   - Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
   - Salesforce Platform Developer 1
