(Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)* 1. Assist in the planning of a project to define scope, schedule, and budget (baselines) 2. Work with multiple scrum teams to manage a Major Software Release to its baselines 3. Risk management/mitigation 4. Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders 5. Represent your project in overall department-wide demand planning activities *What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?* ü MS Office - Required ü MS Word, Planview, SharePoint, Rally - Preferred *What skills/attributes are a must have?* 1. Needs to be comfortable managing a team to its objectives with little direction from leadership (high level process documentation available) 2. This position requires more than just PM oversight and process governance. Candidates need to be willing to step in and drive the team to successful completion, which requires understanding each task on the project plan and the impact of missing each date on the plan. 3. Must have a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle *What skills/attributes are nice to have?* 1. Healthcare IT experience 2. Agile Experience 3. Ability to manage multiple projects at same time 4.
