If you find anyone that has these skills, please let me know. Detailed Job Description: Strong financial analytical skills, particularly bond market trading related concepts (WAM. WAC, WALA, etc.) Pricing, Secondary Mortgage Market Selling System knowledge is highly desirable. Senior Business Analyst conducting requirements analysis, process flows, data mapping, Visio diagrams, and test script creation. The analyst must be familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle and have excellent writing and communication skills. Requirements will be written in DOORS, so DOORS experience is a plus. GSE and mortgage experience is a plus. Capital Markets experience along with strong analytical skills would be considered an ideal candidate. Strong database query skills and ability to create database queries to validate current production data against acceptance data for UAT test results. Explanation of what this person does in everyday terms: Conducting business analysis by interviewing key SMEs and reviewing legacy documentation and existing use cases. Converting use cases into narrative business requirements for each project phase and developing presentations in support of the business requirements for status updates and review sessions. Creation of a Requirements Traceability Matrix along with UAT Test Plans and Test Scripts. Execution of UAT testing for impacted applications and documentation of results. Work with development teams on defect resolution and publish final test results for review and implementation.
