We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: LEAD QA with *Mobile Device Testing* needed- Local to the bay area CA Location: San Francisco CA- Must be local for in person Duration: 18+ months Need ASAP *NOTE: Citizen (or) Green Card only* *Required Skills:* This is a QA Lead needed. Must have mobile device testing experience (NOT mobile apps). Also needed is regression testing, SQL and QC experience · Candidate must be confident in making executive decisions · Candidate must be assertive · Must have analytical thinking skills – meaning analysis of a problem and ways to solve them · Self-starter · Ability to work independently as well as work well with a team · Ability to multi task · Test execution on a mobile device/simulator is a must · Web browser testing background · Exposure to writing simple SQL queries · Proficient with working with HP ALM Quality Center · Must be willing to work with teams in different time zones *Key requirements:* · At least 8 years’ experience in QA filed (this is senior position/ role on the team); · Coordinate all regression test activities, including manual functional and automated test execution; · Track and seek resolution to all regression related incident reports; · Service as a gate keeper for all best practices involving test cases templates and guidance; · Prior experience with leading automated regression test strategy, planning, and execution. · Excellent verbal and writing skills; *Responsibilities:* · Person will be responsible for regression cycles planning, resources utilization and regression task assignments for each release (major and minor). · Coordinating regression activities within the QA group as well as with automation group; · Represent QA department during various planning and defect triage meetings (regression); · Provide comprehensive execution summary report to QA Leads and Management; · Work closely with functional QA to understand impact to existing regression suite as a result of business projects; · Participate in project roadmap meetings with the fraud technology group; · Provide sizing estimate based on the requirements (infrastructure projects) and impact analyses (functional QA analysts); Best Regards, Purushotham Sr. Technical Recruiter | Oberon IT Inc 1404 W.
