Job Responsibilities: Monitor and manage all production, and associated services First response resolution of all production related problem reports Triage/assess/communicate technical issues Problem ticket creation, processing and queue management Able to create/revise documentation thoroughly for tactical use and training Follow all documented processes and procedures Escalate all site issues utilizing documented escalation matrix Provide timely feedback on process/procedural improvements and operational inefficiencies Complete tasks required to maintain service levels and availability of all site features and functions Responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, tooling automation and maintenance of the infrastructure. Collaborate with peers in operations and product development to develop and support solutions that meet growing business demands. Reqs: BS (or equiv.) + 5 yrs exp.
