They need someone who has worked in a startup company or start up project who can communicate ideas and be a key contributor so lots of communication and good personality is a must.(Gathering requirements, talking with the users, etc) For the mobile side they have to have Objective C and Java. Angular is a must. Web development experience is a must and MUST have an established GITHub account .
